Sabayon

Located on Centre Street in Pointe-Saint-Charles, Sabayon is a reservations-only restaurant from the creative minds of Patrice Demers and Marie-Josée Beaudoin that offers an intimate and evolving dining experience. With only 14 guests welcomed at a time, each guest is made to feel as though they’re dining at a friend’s home. The menu changes with the seasons, thanks to local producers, and offers three unique options: an evening tasting menu, cooking classes, and tea time. The wine list is carefully curated with privately imported selections, featuring small producers and local Québec products. Openings are announced like theatrical events, making each visit special and anticipated.
