Q: How long does it take for the Passeport to appear in my account?
A: The Passeport usually appears within 30 seconds of purchasing it. Depending on the traffic on the site, the delay can be up to a few minutes. If you still haven't received your Passeport, please contact Customer Service at 1 844 685-3544.
Q: I made a typing error when creating my account and I don't have access to my Passeport. What do I do?

Q: Can I transfer the same Passeport more than once?
A: No. Once the Passeport has been transferred, it'll appear in the “transferred tickets” section. At that point, it's no longer possible to view it, to add it to the electronic wallet, or to print it. If there was an error, please contact us and we'll try to correct it.
Q: I visited one of the attractions offered with my Passeport. Can I transfer the balance?
A: No. Once you’ve started using the Passeport, it's no longer possible to transfer it.
